Our Health Club has a large array of exercise equipment such as free weights including barbells and dumbbells as well as weight machines. We have weight machines to work shoulders, chest, back, arms, upper and lower legs. There are instruction posters for the individual muscle groups available in the Health Club.

We also have a relaxing sauna for your use afterwards. Locker rooms are available as well.

If weight lifting is not your thing, we have an indoor racquet ball court for your use. In addition, we have exercise bikes and tread mills.

One more thing, don't forget to do your laps in our indoor pool!
